Brittany Biddle LPC
Brittany works from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) approach to therapy. She works closely with her clients to challenge and reframe thinking patterns, while fostering healthy coping strategies to alleviate emotional distress. Brittany works with individuals, couples, and families, aiming to establish strength-based goals, enhance client awareness, and affirm their strengths and capabilities.

Brittany is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) trained to work with individuals, couples, and their families. She sees clients for a variety of reasons which include, but are not limited to the following: trauma related events, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship conflict and communication struggles, family conflict and communication struggles, and major life transitions/stress.
Brittany's hope for work with her clients is that they leave feeling validated and feeling confident and secure in themselves and their progress. She works hands on with her clients and is active and engaged in therapy. She works to help all of her clients to become the best version of themselves and conquer their goals.

Brittany works Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (By appointment).​

Accepted insurances: Highmark, UPMC, Aetna, United/Optum, Cigna, Medicare, and PA State Medicaid (Select Counties). Sliding Scale or Private Pay Arrangements can be discussed as needed.
