Erin Donnelly MS BA

Erin’s mission is to provide therapeutic services for individuals from diverse populations and backgrounds, with a particular passion for working with teens, young adults, and adults. Her work is centered on fostering personal growth, with a strong focus on individuals navigating issues related to gender, sexuality, and empowerment.

Erin believes that growth and development are deeply influenced by the relationships we form and the cultural context in which we live. During sessions, Erin explores how relationships and societal factors have shaped the client’s experiences and identity, working together to build healthier, more fulfilling connections. By identifying recurring themes, she helps uncover patterns that influence thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Her approach is rooted in genuine empathy and understanding. Erin is deeply committed to providing a safe and affirming space where clients of diverse identities and experiences feel heard and understood. The client's voice and perspective are central to the process, and Erin’s role is to support them in aligning with their values and goals.

Whether clients are experiencing significant life transitions, grappling with questions of identity, or dealing with anxiety and depression, Erin offers support. Her aim is to help individuals understand and navigate the influences shaping their lives, fostering resilience and personal growth. Rather than simply teaching techniques, Erin emphasizes understanding and exploration, working collaboratively with clients to create a more fulfilling and authentic life.
