Another area of passion for Michael is supervision and case consultations. With a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, he has held various supervisory roles throughout his career. In these capacities, Michael has assisted clinicians in strengthening their understanding of counseling theory, discovering their unique counselor identity, and devising strategies to address client resistance or stagnation.
